Do we need to be a tech company to benefit from AI consulting?
No. Most of the value on the Gulf Coast is in ordinary businesses with document-heavy or repetitive work: intake forms, quotes, scheduling, invoices, customer questions that get answered the same way every day. If a process runs on documents and judgment, it is worth a look.
What does AI consulting cost?
Engagements are hourly or project-based and scoped after a first conversation, which is free. An assessment is a small, fixed piece of work. A pilot is quoted once we know the problem. You are never asked to commit to a long retainer to find out whether AI is worth it for you.
Which AI tools do you recommend?
Whichever fits the job. Keller Tech is not a reseller and has no vendor to push. Depending on the problem, that may be Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Google, or an open-weight model running privately. What matters more than the model is how it is connected to your data and your people.
Is our data safe?
Data handling is agreed in writing before any work starts: what gets processed, where it goes, and who can see it. AI tools are configured on business terms where your data is never used to train anyone’s models, and where the job allows it, processing stays private or on your own systems. Do you work outside Mississippi?
Yes. Keller Tech is based in Biloxi and works in person along the Gulf Coast, from Bay St. Louis to Pascagoula and over to Mobile and New Orleans, and remotely with teams anywhere in the United States.
What happens after the pilot?
Either it goes to production, with a rollout and training, or it stops. Both are fine outcomes. A pilot that shows AI is not the answer to that problem saves you the cost of finding out the expensive way.
